So we now have an option to delete projects. We have summarized below what we have released today for the Web browser version and the Android app Zapty v1.62.201. The iOS app Zapty v1.1.9 will be released shortly (For early access to the latest iOS app, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org).
Go ahead delete any unwanted projects now
Something you may need to do if a project was abandoned or scrapped…
See how this is done.
But be careful; tasks, messages, files that are part of the project will get permanently deleted; you do get a warning though.
You can create another project with this same name; in this example ‘Casper’.
Incremental updates to the way checklists work…
We now have a detailed audit trail of the changes that were made to the Checklist!
Let us take an example of a checklist which is added after creating the task.
New York Area, Chicago, Miami and San Fransisco were added. Later made ‘New York Area’ item as mandatory. Here is what the audit trail will look like.
Further, notes were added for ‘Miami’, San Fransisco renamed to ‘San Fransisco / Bay Area’ and ‘Dallas’ added. Here is the audit trail for that.
Oh there was an extra city; go ahead delete ‘Chicago’; and see the audit.
Added yet another checklist item and converted that to a folder; this is what it shows.
And now if someone else other than the task owner checks a check item you get an audit trail. Here, Michelle is the task owner; however, if David checks ‘Dallas’ then this is what happens…
An audit against David name is inserted in the task conversation.
Updates are also sent via email for those who have opted to receive them…
That’s it. Go on, start exploring! Login to Zapty now.
We are all ears when it comes to feedback and would like to know what you felt about our latest version.
